The hotel is beautifully situated but comes with challenges, especially with the steep stairs that make it difficult to get around. The upgrade to a more comfortable room was appreciated, with fantastic views of the sea. While the dining options were good, the pool area could use improvement, as it felt more like an afterthought. Overall, if you don't mind some physical exertion, it could be a pleasant stay.

Rooms

We were upgraded to a lovely room with a fantastic sea view, which made all the difference. However, there are lots of steps to deal with as the hotel is on a hillside.

The reception staff were very helpful with our requests and made our stay more enjoyable.
Location

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, but the steepness of the terrain can be a challenge, especially for those with mobility issues.
Dining

Food options were generally good, but there wasn't much variety; the meals tended to repeat often.

The pool area left much to be desired, feeling tucked away and not very accessible from the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Village Sagitta, where the beautiful location and cleanliness stood out. The rooms were quite comfortable, and the dining options were generally excellent, though some desserts were lacking. However, the absence of an elevator was a bit of a challenge for my group, especially with mobility issues. Overall, it was a great experience, especially thanks to the wonderful service provided by the staff.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is perfect for beach lovers, and my room was spacious and clean, I faced some issues with the service and dining. Although I was upgraded to a bigger room for free, the dining options didn't tend to vary much, and the service from the reception staff could be a bit rude. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re looking to relax by the beach, but it had its drawbacks.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and surprisingly spacious, complete with a kitchen but no kettle, which was a bit inconvenient.
Service
5.0
The dining staff were nice, but the reception staff had a rude streak and took our passports without informing us.
Location
9.0
The hotel is set in a beautiful location on the side of a mountain, which offers a great view and easy access to the beach.
Dining
5.0
The food was okay but repetitive; I expected more variety and lighter options since the dining felt quite heavy.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were alright, though I didn’t get to use the pool much as I preferred the beach.

5.8/10

The hotel has beautiful views and is in a picturesque location by the sea, which makes it worth considering, but unfortunately, it needs significant updates. The rooms can be spacious but may not meet expectations based on previous visits, and some amenities are lacking. The dining experience is acceptable but could use improvement, and the service varies. I would consider returning to the area, but possibly look for a different hotel.

Rooms
5.0
The apartment was spacious with a separate living area, but we ended up with two single beds instead of the double we booked, and the mattress was uncomfortably hard.
Service
6.0
While some staff were friendly and accommodating, the overall experience was let down by a lack of attentiveness and rudeness from others, especially during meal times.
Location
9.0
The location offers stunning views and is convenient for trips to nearby towns like Omis, which has a lively atmosphere.
Dining
5.0
The food was basic with a limited selection, and the dining setup wasn't very efficient, making it sometimes stressful to get what you wanted.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel has potential but is hampered by poorly maintained facilities, particularly the pool area which was hard to find and not inviting.

The Holiday Village Sagitta is a charming hotel right on the coast, with stunning sea views and friendly service. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, although be prepared for a bit of a hike since the hotel is set on a hillside. The dining experience is quite good, offering ample choices, but the crowded dining area can be frustrating at peak times. Overall, it's a fantastic place for anyone looking for tranquility and beautiful scenery.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were bright, clean, and well-equipped, with each offering a lovely sea view. However, the lack of a lift and the hike to the rooms might not suit everyone.
Service
9.0
The staff were very welcoming and attentive, doing their best to keep everything tidy and providing good service at meals.
Location
8.0
The hotel is beautifully situated right by the sea, making for spectacular views and easy access to swimming, but it's quite remote with not much nearby.
Dining
7.0
The food was generally good with plenty of variety, but the dining area could become quite chaotic, especially during busy meal times.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were decent, though the beach bar being cash-only was a bit inconvenient.
